Jesse Micek, accompanist
Jesse Micek has been working as a piano accompanist in the Bay Area for over twenty years. He received his B.A. in classical piano performance from Cal State East Bay and is an alum of the Chabot College music department, where he is now on faculty as Collaborative Pianist. He is the principal accompanist for the Danville Girls Chorus and a past accompanist with the S.F. Girls Chorus. Mr. Micek works regularly as a pianist for National Assoc. of Teachers of Singing (NATS) festivals.
Besides his work as a performer, he operates a piano teaching studio at his home in Castro Valley. He is a former President of the Southern Alameda County Branch of the Music Teachers Assoc. of CA (MTAC).
